Kentucky’s new Behavioral Health Conditional Dismissal Program (BHCDP) is already helping eligible defendants overcome substance use and mental health challenges. Now those same participants can get up to $2,000 to cover housing assistance, transportation, emergency shelter, and other basic needs.
