The SB 90 statute requires providers to give case management services to participants through:

  • Targeted Case Managers, or
  • Any staff qualified to deliver case management services

The most frequent case management needs our participants experience are for housing and transportation. Assigning a staff member at your organization to make a Barrier Relief Referral BHCDP Barrier Relief Supportive Service Referral Form.docx (kentuckyproviders.org) will satisfy many of our participants’ immediate needs.

We understand the challenges posed by the staffing shortage of case managers and clinicians throughout Kentucky. We acknowledge that getting participants on case management caseloads may take time.

We deeply value your role in meeting our participants’ needs and the program requirements. We are here to support you in this crucial task.

The Fletcher Group may be able to provide reimbursement for TCM services directly to you at the Medicaid Fee Schedule rate if a participant does not qualify for case management services through Medicaid. Please contact Jade Hampton at jhampton@fletchergroup.org for more information.

If you cannot provide case management services or make the Barrier Relief Fund referral, please contact Erin Henle at ehenle@fletchergroup.org right away for assistance.
