Welcome to the Behavioral Health Conditional Dismissal Program!
Now that you’ve been approved and are receiving new referrals, we’d like you to call us once a month, preferably on the same day and at the same time each month (one example: the second Tuesday of each month at 10:00 am.)
During the monthly call you’ll be told of any new updates or developments, any changes made to the DDOR platform, and any new opportunities for to reduce barriers or improve provider reimbursements.
You’ll also have time to share any concerns or ask any questions you may have about the program, about the clients being referred to your agency, and whether or not the referrals are a good fit for the services you offer.
The call is also allow your agency to showcase any new programs and changes that set you apart from other agencies. The information you provide can then be sent to our Clinical Assessor and shared with others to enhance the quality of care delivered through our program.

If, for any reason, you’re not able to make the scheduled call, you can always re-schedule it or perform the check-in by email.
